Camillus Massage Therapy stands apart from most massage offices in that it puts the focus on physical well-being above aesthetic appeal or shared services. We are not a wellness center looking to coerce you into several varied holistic services, nor are we a spa or salon in which beauty comes before pain management or athletic performance. People come to Camillus Massage Therapy to feel better, physically and emotionally.
Opened and operated by Christopher Hess, LMT, Camillus Massage Therapy has brought together very talented Licensed Massage Therapists with varied approaches to soft tissue manipulation. For those clients with emotional or spiritual needs beyond massage, we also offer private yoga sessions on site. We use an integrated approach to address the individual needs of our clients. Whether you have been injured in a car accident, suffer from chronic migraines, or are an aspiring triathlete, we will design a treatment plan to suit your specific needs..

Camillus Massage is proud to partner with TulA Yoga
Yoga found Courtney in 2010 during an unsettled time in her life. In her very first class she felt something she had never felt before, a moment of pure stillness and peace. Even though the moment was brief, it was powerful and over time it became her beacon. Yoga began to help her find balance and showed her that a shift was possible, but it had to first come from within. This is what kept her coming back to her mat. As her practice grew, so did her desire to share that beacon with others.
Courtney received her training from Trimurti Yoga in Dharamsala, India. The 5 week journey she took in the motherland of yoga has forever instilled in her that the shift within is always possible. She has trained with so many amazing teachers from different traditions. Their guidance, along with her ever present desire to learn, has made her a diverse instructor. She is experienced in leading gentle practices including yin & restorative, more powerful practices including vinyasa, ashtanga & sivananda, and specialty practices including children’s yoga. She also specializes in private one-on-one sessions to truly mold the practice to the individual. She is passionate about finding balance and cares deeply about sharing the many healing aspects of yoga. Courtney blends her skills as a yoga teacher and as a fitness professional to help guide her students and clients to find their own balance.
Courtney is a 200 hour multi style Registered Yoga Teacher, certified Personal Trainer and also carries certifications in pilates, group exercise, indoor cycling, the willPower Method, and various other specialty fitness certifications.
Whether you are stepping onto your mat for the very first time or looking to deepen your practice, she looks forward to meeting you where you are…
