Kyle has been a personal trainer for over 5 years and a Kripalu Yoga Teacher for 4 years. He has a strong background in movement along with his experience with weight lifting, bodybuilding, powerlifting, functional training, speed and agility training, martial arts, and various styles of yoga. His approach to massage is deeply rooted in a desire to make you move easier and with less discomfort, while working with you to increase postural awareness and efficiency. His approach can be very deep and uncomfortable, but he will always work within your tolerance. Kyle works at three of our locations, providing the same great service wherever he is seen.
Kyle can seen at THREE of our locations. He is at our main Camillus office on Sundays. He is at our Inside Edge Sports Massage location on Mondays and Fridays. And he is at our Partners Medical Massage location on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
